Governors and commissioners of agriculture of all southern states to discuss cotton situation and for the purpose of placing in operation uniform and strenuous campaign for cotton acreage reduction and to advocate extensive diversification. This movement if of vital importance to the prospects of the south and you are cordially invited to come and take active part in proceedings.
