That on the same Sunday at Night the said Cush came to her Master's house & she heard Mingo ask the sd: Cush what he Came for, and he answer'd that he came to fetch Sambo, & that he had brought up two horses & that they were on Coll: Jones's side of the Creek, soon after that they both went over the Creek and Carryed with them, Two Coats one Jackett, one Shirt one pair of Leather britches, a Rugg, a pair of Shooes & Stockins and this Examint: farther saith That the sd: Cush say'd they came up by the Orders of his master and further saith not.
