I Send you heare with all the body of a runaway ^nam^ named Coff which was tok up by John Harvey in the afsd County and said runaway negro sath that one William franks is his master in Craven County in the provence afsd whare upon I Commet the body of the said runaway negro named Coff into your Cos Custody and you are heareby requrd to keep the sd runaway negro safly in the Common Gaol untill the said master or ner oner of the sd negro take him out paying the Rebusments and fees that acrwin ther unto Given under my hand and deal this 20 day of April 1752
