State of North Carolina, Halifax County.
In the Superior Court, Fall Term 1874.

Be it remembered that at a Term of the Superior Court begun and held for the County of Halifax at the Court House in Halifax town commencing on the second day of November A.D., 1874, his Honor J. L. Cary Judge presiding. Richard Collins was convicted of "Larceny," and sentenced to ten years at hard labor in the States Prison.

And George Wilson was convicted of "Larceny," and sentenced to two years at hard labor in the States Prison and that said defendants be discharged therefrom according to law.

In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court, at office in Halifax town this the 16th day of November, A.D., 1874.
