Be it remembered that at a Superior Court, begun and held for the County of Warren, at the Court House in Warrenton, on the second Monday after the second Monday of August A.D. 1875, before the Honorable Samuel W. Watts, Judge, the following proceedings are had an held, to wit,

The following jurors, to wit, Austin Allen, Rich'd A. Wright, John Falkner, Jno. J. Pegram, A. E. Fuller, Tom King, Plummer Davis, Daniel J. Turner, M. T. Bolton, R. D. Burrows, Jno Vaughan, and Alex Boyd, Sr, being chosen tried and sworn to speak the truth of and concerning the matter in the bill of Indictment charged upon their oath say that the defendant is guilty.

Judgement of the Court that the defendant be confined at hard labor in the Penitentiary for three years.
