That she understood abt. a week before their Departure Canoeing to Mr. Tookes with Luke ^a Negro Man of Mr. Hecklefields^ by discourse with John Fenix that their Intentions were to run fro to the Spaniards, That ^comeing to Allegator on Sunday^ she saw the goods now produced which was brought away from Mr. Tooke by the said John Tate & Jno. Fenix ^& by them the sd parties divided them taking part herself^ That she understood by then that Moses went in at the window of Mr. Tookes Storehouse & opened the Door, & lett in Take & Fenix who [receive] brought the goods out of the said house—
