AB. You are brought here as a Conspirator against the life of the Late Isaac Williams Decsd. and stand Charged of being Concernd in administring Poison to him the said Isaac Williams whereof it is supposed he came by his Death, are you Guilty or not Guilty—herewith you will be tryd By my Country,

Charge to an Evidence—

AB You are brought here as an Evidence against Negro [illegible] The Prisoner at the Barr, you well Consider the Solemn ^Sacred^ Oath you have just taken, you have called the almighty God to Witness your Declairing the truth, you see them I charge you therefore that you Do, for God says Cursed be they that bare fals Witness agt. their Neighbours—

Consider your fellow servants ^life^ perhaps may Depend on your Testamoney, therefore you are to say what you know in the present matter ^without former Dread or fear favr or affection^ either for him or against him, and no more, If it is found out hereafter that ^If^ you have sayid any thing either for him or against him, youll that is false, you must expect God to be the Revenger, against being your [illegible] a [severe] [Punishment], if it be found out, you are to have one of your Ears naild to the Pillory and there stand for the space of One Hour and the said Ear to be cut of and thereafter the other Ear naild in like manner and cut of, at the Expiration of an other Hour and moreover to have thirty Nine Lashes well laid on at the Public Whiping Post ^I charge^ you therefore will ^to^ be carefull In telling the Truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

You ^& each of you^ shall sware, that youll Try Negros Dick Harry & & Jacob ^[illegible] Negro^ who stands Commited of [admin] as Conspirators agt. the late Isaac Williams Desd. & ^& others^ of Administering Poison to him the sd. Isaac Williams ^& others^ and that youll give your Judgment without Partiality and agreeable to Law & the Testimoney had before you To the best of your Skill & Power—

Your Country ^The Court^ having Considerd the matter whereof you stand chargd. and do find you Guilty, you are therefore to be remanded bak to Goal where you are to remain untill [intentionally blank] Then you are to be taken from thence to the Gallows where you are to be Hanged by the Neck until you are thence ^Dead, Dead,^ Dead, and the Lord have Mercy On you—

Oath
