On the Tryal of a Negroe Man Slave Named Toney, the property of Francis Clayton, being charg'd of Robing His Master; The Prisoner confess'd the Robery which being a conviction of the second Offence, Order'd that He be carred to the usual place of Execution Tomorrow between the Hours of Ten and Twelve OClock in the Forenoon, then and there to be hang'd by the Neck; untill He shall be Dead. Order'd that the Sheriff do Execution accordingly.
